| Fucking Chiaki xD The guy bringing a mechanical swan and riding it while having a "serious" talk with Momoharu was bloody hilarious. Haven't laughed this hard in a while xD OK episode this week. The backstory part, though a bit generic, was still interesting but I don't understand all this secrecy concerning the health of Sora's mother. I mean, based on how the rest of the characters were acting, her situation doesn't look like something "so" serious so I wonder why not just saying what illness she has... I think this just builds unnecessary tension but well. On the other hand, the new guy seems... interesting. A bit exaggerated with his "I don't give a shit" kind of attitude but let's see how Sora will manage to convince him to join the team. P.S.: By the way, Madoka's new haircut looks absolutely awful. It had to be said, people. |

| Chiaki and that duck thing was great, funny asf. Seeing that new character is pretty intense, he seems like he'd be a great addition to the team, maybe as a SF, but his temperament might get in the way a lot. |

| The episode was pretty good. The way Sora’s mom acts seems a bit forced to me but nothing so important to be seen like a negative thing. This new character doesn’t inspire me too much, he seems the “Aomine” of the case, hopefully it could be a good character. |

| Sora and his mom have the most wholesome parent-child relationship I've seen in a sports anime. Please dont let her die ;_; Madoka is also such a great girl wtf I never shipped 2 characters so hard before |

| The fights in this series are okay, they don't have the same impact as the fights in Slam Dunk did. The cast in Slam Dunk looked way more menacing and I could tell the height difference between characters. Here, I didn't know that Momo was supposed to be tall but Sora mentioned Momo's height being one of his admirable traits when he wrote to his mother. It's still my feel good series for the season and I enjoy each episode as they come every week. Knowing there will be 50 episodes makes me really happy. That guy has a tattoo but I'm surprised that they haven't expelled him. That's a serious offense. I don't think many foreigners understand that. That's why Sora and the others were really shocked to see him tatted up. Tattoos are looked down upon, yes they're slowly becoming more accepted as a fashion statement, but onsens, companies, etc. will not allow someone to enter or hire someone if they have a tattoo, even if they're a foreigner. That girl at the end, I feel sorry for her but at the same time, when you see someone running towards you, normally your first response is to move away. She just stood there. Cheap plot device to get the guys into trouble so they'll have a hurdle into forming their basketball team. However, that guy isn't even an official member so he should be punished separately from the team. |

| So both Sora and his mom have a basketball for brains considering his mom thinks playing basketball is more important than staying close to sick family. Damn does granny have no chill. Kite seems like quite the troublemaker who made his way on the court. |
