I finished Yuri On Ice yesterday and I noticed that I rooted or everyone. Well especially Yuri.

I just woke up rewatching the

I cried my eyes out. I wanted to root for everyone. This is so rare.
Normally I like 2 or 3 maximum. In this anime I liked all characters

Have you ever rooted for all teams/charafters?

Haikyuu definitely. You just can't decide which side to take and the feeling gets even stronger in the later on parts.

Run with the Wind made me feel that way during the final race of the show. The entire cast and their chemistry is something I grew fond of.

Yes! Especially sports anime. Sometimes, I couldn't help it and ended up rooting for the other team (not the main one).
I think people have more reason to support/root their own favourite team, since in sports anime there will be a lot of teams.

Mostly applies to sports anime, yeah- Haikyuu and Kukoro. But also to Shokugeki no Soma because most of the people the MCs are up against aren't really all that bad and some of them are even nice.

Yeah, happens from time to time. For example, although it might be a little biased, as I've just finished watching it (have to pick up manga yet), Soul Eater.
There were characters I didn't like (Excalibur), however I still somehow rooted for all of them, despite how annoying they could sometimes be. (Fools!)

Of course. It happens all the time when I watch sports anime, and not only. I rooted for Altair from the moment she first appeared in Re:CREATORS till the end. I usually root for villains, especially for badass overpowered female villains 😅

I agree that sports anime usually make me guilty of this.
I didn't really get that feeling from Yuri on Ice when I watched it but Haikyuu gets me literally every time Karasuno versus anyone. The way they show some characters' backstories that make you go 'aww that's adorable you really deserve to win' and the way they make everyone so damn likeable just kills me. Like, whether Karasuno wins or their opponent does, I'm gonna cry either way just because I love them both
