storry difference between manga and anime?

first thing to mention is: i am only as far as the fight between ohma and raian.
i know the manga is already finished, pls dont spoiler any plot aspects that go further than that :/

i am not a real big fan of reading mangas,
but i heard, that the first season of kengan ashura missed some plot aspects compared to the manga, while the second season did a good job with the adaption.

can anyone confirm that? and if its the case, could u possibly tell me the main aspects that were skiped/leaved out in the first season of the anime and are important for anime only watchers?
just wanna be sure i dont really miss any aspects while waiting for season 3 and 4 to come out.

personal opinion:
mangaka did a really good job, but i would have loved some more story telling elemnts in the series, instead of fighting only.

There is some extra chapters skipped. Some early fight have been removed. Some extra dialogue etc.
