“The sound of the Gion Shoja temple bells echoes the impermanence of all things;
The color of the sala flowers reveals the truth that to flourish is to fall.
The proud do not endure, like a passing dream on a night in spring;
The mighty fall at last, to be no more than dust before the wind.”

I pretty much listen to everything except country. The genre of music I probably listen to the most is J-pop. yorushika is an excellent example of a great J-pop artist. I also have a weakness for EDM, dream pop & indie-folk.

My favorite music genres are: pop *that includes k-pop*, rock, dance, urban, rap, dubstep, trap, lofi hip-hop, electro, EDM, medieval music, gaming music, relaxing-instrumental music, relaxing chinese/japanese/korean music, classical music.
Maybe I have other genres that I like as well, but only those came to my mind at the moment.

I've been listening to a lot of modern classical music. I also love religious chanting. I don't have a specifically "favorite' genre but I go through phases. I went through a big folk music and a metalcore phase last year, now I'm oscillating between folk and "whatever albums I need to finish that I've been putting off"

Blue Oyster Cult
That's about all I got off the top of my head.

that would be easier if you just ask for the ones I don't like. I'm fine with anything as long as it's not rap or trap (I like some songs but mostly of the time I'm not able to finish a whole album), and any of that "tropical music" from latino america, because I don't dance. After that I would say that I have a preference for rock (any related genre including metal and the most noisy variants), classical music, jazz and pop (also including the asians counterparts). Yep pretty average.
