What's an OP you really like the first time you heard it, but over time you start to think that it's just average?

| It usually happen when the song is really good and easy to listen, but nothing special in visual/video, or in worse case the theme is not fit with the show. And if the song is from a big name, it also help. Songs from YUI like Again (FMAB) or Rolling Star (Bleach), or from Ikimono Gakari like Blue Bird (Naruto) and Netsujou no Spectrum (Nanatsu no Taizai), or After Dark from AKG (Bleach) all are good song, but nowhere the best opening from their series. |

| People mentioning FAMB, Cowboy Bebop, Steins Gate, Haruhi. Anime with some of the most unique, interesting and least "generic" openings. They didn't become "average" over time. The novelty simply wore off and you got too used to them after repeated listening. |

| 'Unravel' from Tokyo Ghoul 'Signal' from 91 Days Apparently, thinking that any of our favourite OPs have become mediocre is just a petty side-effect from incessantly listening to them, and I've skipped many OPs and EDs, so these two are the only ones which remember. But still, they're awesome!! |
