Private Anime/Manga Entries (question/update)

i just saw now this suggestion i planned to write has been posted before (over 10 years ago) and i wondered if it is still hard to implement or if you can do it now (a lot could change in 10 years)

Original post:
"I do not wish to set my Anime/Manga list private but it wold be nice if certain titles were not publicly viewable to anyone except myself and does not show up in my history/sig/shared/ect."

Original answer:
"I understand the pluses of having a system that can 'hide' certain titles you choose, but in all seriousness, it's extremely hard to implement. There are just too many areas of the site that 'check' what series you're reading/watching."
