At first I thought that this was going to be another no good character who we couldn't trust. But I'm glad that he was a person of integrity and had a sense of honor about him. I really, REALLY hope that he just gets to stay as a background character and that nothing bad happens to him. Besides Midorya's mom, it's nice to have more average citizens in the background cheering on the youth for them to do their best and that they believe in them and place their faith in them.

This episode might be kind of boring for a first episode back, but I thought it was rather adorable. It's one of those filler episodes you don't skip.
