| Episode ONE WAS GOOD,AND NOW EPISODE TWO IS GREAT |

| Kind of predictable how this whole thing will play out. It's done decently well though I suppose. One thing that I found interesting is that Sora is actually an alpha-male despite showing a lot of characteristics of being a beta-male (short, getting bullied, etc.). He is doing what HE wants to do and not trying to follow the status quo. We get a little bit of Momoharu's backstory, yeah we get it, he's got a reason for turning into the bully, he's still a bully though. Whatever they'll eventually just pretty much ignore what happened in episode 1 I'm guessing, I know I'm probably taking things a bit too seriously. Also, Madoka is way cuter with her hair up, just saying. |

| The gang plot needs to get dropped or resolved quickly because its so lame and done so much in animes that there is nothing unique or interesting here with it that I can't get past the feeling of just skipping through it. If only Momo's character development moments didn't happen during those moments :( Easily, Momo plot is the more interesting and compelling part of this anime. |

| A good episode. Some good character development going on, along with school life being fleshed out. I have a feeling Maru High will show up as a potential basketball rival team down the line. Wow, seeing a young Momoharu without the croissant on his head through me for a loop. Nice to see he had a similar determination to Sora back in the day. That's something I imagine we'll see reignited pretty soon. |
| Everyone seemed pretty tropey, but Ep. 2 sold me on Momoharu. He's giving me those Mitsui and Aomine vibes. It also looks like Sora and Momoharu are gonna be like a Kuroko and Kagami duo? I'd like to see their friendship/partnership grow at least. :D |

| I really admire how passionate Sora is. Despite all the opposition he faces, being disadvantaged with being short in a sport where height is a great edge such as basketball. How he never falters is incredibly inspiring. Makes me think about my own life and trying to squeeze more time for things that I'm truly passionate about and not just focus on work, bills, etc. |

| Isn't goal tending against the rules? I'm almost certain it was prohibited at the insistence of the guy who pioneered the tactic He felt that it made things too easy for him. Pretty sure he's also the one that called for the institution of the 3 point shot for the same reason. Why would she tell them to tend the goal? Also, why would he even bother trying to get those loser's permission to practice? |
| that bra scene where they almost got caught had be anxious, xD. I liked the ending part of the episode the most. It seemed to have given the most solid goo of plot, giving the story more purpose and giving me more curiosity. and it seems to be taking it one step or half a step further than normal sport animes with its plot. or atleast I hope it does. |
| I like how MC noticed that Momoharu has some experience, that feels relatable playing some board games with friends who you've never played with and notice them make decisions that only someone with experience will make and say:"Oh, you must've played this before" Damn seeing Momoharu being all excited during his early years, working hard for his goal, thinking it will carry him and make him the best, but the reality hit him. It really sucks that sometimes hard work doesn't matter, sometimes you are still gonna be worse than others, you also need to train correctly, luck also plays a significant role and i've seen a lot of people who get demoralized just like him there, so i really felt his pain. Especially when he was like: "Yeah, im done..." It's weird seeing MC's hard work being paid off, given that he is more at disadvantage being short and all, i wonder what he does differently. Momoharu probably saw himself there for a moment, seeing how hard MC trains, Madoka was pretty weird sitting there for 4 hours lol. |
| Seems so far this is going to take a more basketball focused approach like Slam dunk instead of just using it as plotdevice like KnB. Motoharu trult must love basketball seeing how he hesistates to join Sora there despite his negative experience due to not having talent. |
