| I don't mind a bit of recapping at this point. The timing is fitting and it's been hella long anyway since I've seen some of these scenes anyway. So pretty nice episode imo. Hope Asta can use his new ability to save Father. And damn, was reminded again how GOAT Julius was. |

| What a parody of an episode. Not only we get smacked in the face with a recap that took like 90% of the episode. That wasn't enough. After that, we get hit with THAT forced cliffhanger. Actually made me laugh out loud, ngl. |

| This must've been like the nth recap of the overall series. Not saying it's the usual bad, but it's just a refresh of memories from the time before the previous one to current events, only POV from Hage Village. @FMmatron that King Julius comment holds true. Good luck trying to find content here, at best a cliffhanger for the next continuing episode. Edit: OH WAIT, Chapter 159 ís (half-assed) adapted with Asta regaining Licht's sword, in the usual demonic fashion. |

| Maybe I'm a bit late to theorize about this, but Asta seem to be connected to the monster in the prologue. And that monster is owned by or Licht himself. And thus Asta and Yuno are both connected to Licht. Pierrot should at least make an effort to made the Father's death believeable. phantomfandom said: Asta sends a lot of money to his village (Yuno also sends some), this is financially dangerous, he should buy insurance and some good shares in stock market for his retirement, those villagers don't know how to invest money. | I don't mind the recap because we got to see a few things that weren't shown previously like Asta and Yuno's letters sent to the church That ending was crazy and I can't wait to see what happens to Asta next episode. Hopefully they dive deeper into the flashback he saw after grabbing the sword. |

| And here I was hyped as hell because I just watched ep 101. And then it's a recap Well.. At least not everything was a recap. The 'last' moments of Father were so sad :( Though he probably won't die I guess? Did Asta get a new sword or did he get it back? It looked like a new one and it also has.. something new right? That was the cliffhanger. But Asta said "Licht took it back". But if it wasn't his, how can he take something back |

It was a good episode, quite a few scenes I had previously forgotten about, and it was nice to see the alternate "how is Hage Village doing during all the stuff Asta is going through?" And it wasn't even ENTIRELY recap. Those scenes towards the ending were awesome and I can't wait until next weeks episode. I'd give this a 4/5 Even though half was a recap it wasn't a bad recap. |

| We got a almost episode full of recap, its kind aboring a recap episode now since i just want to see what happen next, but it was fine remembering that awesome fights, also Asta's letter where full of stories, well done Asta! Damn that clifhanger at the end, so with that new sword Asta will cure priest, and i also wonder what was that small flashback when Asta wielded that sword, could asta see memories from what happened at past! I can't wait for more! |

| The foreshadowing at the end was amazing, ~20 manga spoilers in 12 seconds They need time to deliver more good animated fights in the upcoming episodes so I'm not mad at all with a recap or filler episode. |

| As much as I hate recaps, I think this one was put in at a good time. I just wish they hadn't done this like right after a filler episode. |
| Pretty much all recap, but at least it was stuff from the entire series which I haven't seen in a long time. Also it was mostly narrated which helps. |
| I think most people are okay with these recaps. I also haven't seen a lot of these things in a long time so no problem for me. Didn't expect so many people are already dead :( This sword better helps the priest. Would be a shame if he dies. | I didn't mind the semi-recapping, at least it was integrated well and set up the tone for the final moments. It looks like Asta will have another psychological trial and a power boost. Can't wait to see what his new sword can do. |

| The majority of this episode recapped what previously happened but at least we got to see it with better animation. Looks like Asta might become the Wizard King after all. |
| I never really sat down and really enjoy the opening song of this season, I must say it's really great! I usually scratch my back or just chat with someone or just munch on some pickle when it plays, it depends on the day. But it was different this time, because none of those things existed and so it caught me like a wind. Nice recap though, liked how they did it. |

| It was mostly a recap but it's still a recap...and now is not the best timing :/ I know they do this so that they have more time to finish everything. Still, a good episode! Especially that ending, damn! |

| Almost all of the content of this episode were recap, but it was nice because I forgot some of the events of Black Clover. Cliffhanger again, seeing the last part excites me, I hope I don't get disappoint at the next episode. More swords for Asta means more power. |
