Does anyone know which legal streaming services will be showing this anime (English subbed)? And does anyone know which countries it will be available in?

Crunchyroll streamed episode 0 so probably the whole series will be on crunchyroll as well.

AnimeLab -> Australia (enGB)
Crunchyroll, Funimation -> North America, UK, Ireland, Spanish-speaking Europe (enUS, enGB, Spa)
Wakanim -> France, Russia, Nordic countries (FR, RUS, enUS or enGB)

PS: don't worry, subs will be laughably bad anyway.
Aniplex has ESL translators (less $$$). Episode 00 had terrible translation.

Thanks. Are many anime translations done by non-natives? If so, that partially explains why they are often so full of awkward japanisms.

Nobody can say.
But Aniplex usually hires Japanese translators. Of that I'm sure.

why is Aniplex's English translations are bad though ?
