What show are you most excited for this season that isn't a sequel?

Since a lot of people are talking about the sequels coming next season, what are your thought on the show that aren't sequels?

The ones that interest me the most are Beastars, Babylon, Pet, the Sherlock show, Hostiai no Sora and Special Crime Investigation Unit - Special 7. What are yours?

Probably No Guns Life. I don't think I'm gonna watch the whole thing, but the premise is so daft that I have to give at least ep 1 a shot.

Does Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia count? I didn't even realise that all the anime I'm really waiting for are sequels...

Yea it's just a spinoff. Plus, if I actually kept up with the fate series (only watched Zero) I would probably watch it.

Mugen no Juunin and Babylon seem to be the only nonsequel shows that caught my attention.

Literally my first time looking at Fall 2019 lineup and holy shit, I didn't realize there were so many sequels coming up.

There are some non-sequels that interest but I'm most interested in Beastars right now.

Kabukichou Sherlock for sure. I don't have a real reason as to why but I expect it to be very good

Usually when a show has a very strong VA cast it can imply that the show is going to be decent at the very least.

Azur Lane

I don't think it's hard to guess why...

Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo and Hataage! Kemono Michi also look like they could be fun

Pet is the weirdest one for me, especially with the whole premise of it and everything,

No Guns Life and Beastars seems the two most interesting ones for me, although I'm already dreading the tide of furry fanarts Beastars will provoke.

Only non sequel that i'm planning to watch before seeing how the rest turns out are Azur Lane and FGO.
After watching F/A and Extra, well, AL is priority, but both are based on gacha so I don't expect too much anyways.

Probably No Guns Life. Because I wanted to give one last anime this year a try despite most seasonals look dull.

MHA Season 4 doesn't borther me to watch it since i can't stand it's cast and MC is god annoying.

I’d say Ahiru no Sora, I think it could be good. If I have to say another one, it would probably be Beastars, but I can’t say if it will be good or not.

Nothing really grabbed my attention, though "Didn't I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?!" feels CGDCT-ish and that's a new thing in isekai shows

Dunno but I don't think any show had any impact or was even above average(4-6 rating) this year.

Kimetsu no yaiba was different but only because the music/acting was top tier and the manga/story itself is maybe on ~5-6 rating, - it's kinda like sao it hides it's flaws behind good music/animations/VA and a enjoyable story in a few arcs and seems way better than the actual source is.

The manga is crap but the anime is actually good, because ufotable and even more the ost. ^^

For movies it was a whole other thing we got a whole lot of good movies. Most of those will hit the us/europe in the next year sadly but nevermind for movies where really good.

The other shows which will be aired this season are not even filler material... ;>

Literally nothing. I only have plans to watch sequels as of right now. Maybe that'll change though, who knows.

None.

This new season is going to be garbage even the sequels dont have anything worth watching.

At least my grades will improve.

Honzuki no Gekokujou is going to get uber butchered so there is nothing left to watch this fall.
I never lie on the internet. What's the point of it...

Beastars looks pretty intriguing and from what I've seen, it's being hyped a lot by the manga readers so I'm certainly going to give this one a try.
