On movies, I just posted a thread on that very same topic a day ago, so I won't bother to reiterate here,

For animated series (non-anime) though,

Avatar - The Last Airbender (this is the only non-live non-anime show in my overall Top 10 TV shows list which has been set in stone for a long time)
The Legend of Korra
Courage the Cowardly Dog
Voltron: Legendary Defender
South Park (seasons 1-10; haven't seen the newer episodes)
90s Simpsons
Rocko's Modern Life
The Ren & Stimpy Show
The Wild Thornberrys
Samurai Jack
The Dragon Prince
House of Mouse
Jumanji - The Animated Series
Hey Arnold!
The Magic School Bus
The Oblongs
Street Sharks

I know it's just a silly flash cartoon, but Homestar Runner has been a permanent part of my vocabulary since middle school, lol.

That's easy, Scooby Doo On Zombie Island, where Scooby and the gang deal with real monsters. The animation on those late 90s Scooby Doo films are ahead of their time.

As for series, my answer would be Metalocalypse. We need more brutal black comedy cartoons like this.

When I was a kid I loved Sylvester & Tweety: Mysteries. Even as a kid I was into detective stories lol.

My favorite Disney movies were The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Mulan. Out of the non-Disney ones I liked Anastasia.

Spiderman into the spider-verse
Kubo and the two strings
Fantastic Mr. fox
Lego Movie

Spongebob Squarepants is probably my favorite show of all time, even anime. Quote that stuff to this day.
Young justice
Regular show

If I were to make a top 10 of all films and shows, Spongebob, Spiderman, and Avatar would be top 10. Lego Movie, Rango and young justice are probably floating around the bottom or just outside the top 10.

I mean I guess Avatar TLA/LoK is the obvious answer, but aside from that I guess I'd say the 90s X-Men animated series, the 90s Batman series, and the Justice League series. For movies, hmmm. I liked Atlantis quite a bit when it came out. I even had some awful PC game about it as well.
