| OKe let's try. In no particular order: 1. Subaru Natsuki 2. Black Star (Especially in the mango tho, but in the anime too is good) 3. Gon Freecss, for obvious reasons... That kid is dangerous 4. Naruto Uzumaki. I liked him during the whole Pain arc, he matured a lot. 5. Rikka Takanashi from Chuunibyou! 6. Meruem. My man, best villain ever. 7. 8man Hikigaya 8. ok hear me out: Itsuki Hashima from Imouto sae Ireba Ii. During the final episodes this man had a crazy development, I love him, I love his whole speech at the end of the penultimate episode. 9. k since I'm finishing character which I personally think they have good development I'm gonna use Ishigami from Kaguya-sama, fact is, in the anime he hasn't development, I'm referring to the mango where he has lots of narrative arcs. His backstory is depressing af.. 10. Luke von Fabre, from Tales of the Abyss. Actually I never watched the anime but just played the game, and Luke is probably one of favorite character of all time, his development is something else, he change completely and mature a lot in the second arc of the game. |

I can't really rank mine but here are some of my favorites. - Guts and Griffith from Berserk - Rei boi from 3-gatsu no lion - Gahara-san from Monogatari - Oreki from Hyouka - the crybaby cast from Neon Genesis Evangelion - Inferno Cop from Inferno Cop Since almost all of my favorite well developed Characters come from Manga i'll just name some of them. - Thorfinn from Vinland Saga - Sachi,Punpun, Yuuichi and Aiko or just the whole cast of Oyasumi Punpun - Kurosawa from Onanie Master Kurosawa |
