I have to say the ending of another when they found out the real dead one(if you watched it) to me i thought that was the most SHOCKING twists ever.

My favorites plot twist are from Umineko no Naku Koro ni. Man, all the reason behind the massacre, the identities of the characters, they motivations, EVERYTHING is a DAMN plot twist, and majestically done.

Shinsekai Yori have some amazing twists too, Akki :((
Also! One reaaaaally underated anime with amazing twists is Punchline. Never expected THAT

Actually whole plot of Assassination Classroom was quite unpredictable....watching first few ep I thought that it was some comedy/light anime but it turned out to be quite dark and serious ...
