This volume was better than the first volume. The disposition is still slightly unclear because the writing is a bit messy. No clear indication of the setting changing. The characters are also more likable. I really liked the character development "Alice" and Narumi received. I expected Narumi to make a huge blunder and develop from there but they took another approach.

Certain parts were obvious so I don't know how all of them missed it. For example, why the Thai girl's father "ditched" her. I liked her backstory as well; it felt plausible.
