That guy with the fly heads definitely had his strategy planned. A clever one tbh.

someone who can put gojou soutarou in pinch, wow.

I'm actually really liking this flashback now. It was iffy when it started because the transition into flashback was jarring, but once I got used to the bizarre pacing, it got really exciting. I probably could have read a whole series about the adventures of Gojo and Getou. Fushiguro is also a pretty decent villain. He doesn't come off as someone who's overwhelmingly powerful, just a smart, scummy tactical fighter. The choreography for the fights has always been a strong point of the series. The fights in this series remind me a lot of Hunter x Hunter fights.

All in all, I'm curious how this is going to end. Obviously Gojo and Getou don't die, but I'm really interested to know what the climax will be like.

It’s been fun but I wonder why we’re getting this flashback now. I think Gojo is cool and all but the timing is weird.

Damn, Megumi's dad is a really good assassin, getting Gojo like that without using his own curse power..

The pacing seemed a bit off in the previous chapters but I think we're back on track now. Still wondering why we're having this flashback in the first place tho, I forgot what was even going on before it lol.

There are some great panelling in here. This double spread being the highlight. The positioning making it seem as if Fushiguro dad's hand is just getting sucked into, highlighting the potency of Gojo's power. Further accentuated by the circular panel break around his Gojo's hand (which flows seamlessly with Gojo's activate panel). And that outside of that, there's no traditional line break, as the divider between the shots is morphed to further showcase that magnetic effect nature of Gojo's power he mentioned while disposing of those clones. The onomatopoeia are even listed in the shape of the momentum, you got such a grand sense of Gojo's power from ever visual element of this double spread. It's great.

Outside of that, this is good. I do like Fushiguro's tactics, the logic behind the bounty hunting time limit is smart, and it's also interesting that he carries zero cursed energy. The cliffhanger of him stabbing Gojo is rather dulled by knowing that Gojo is very much still alive in current day, but it'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

Damn... Megumi's dad rolling Gojo in this one. But it was expected since he doesn't have cursed energy left.

There was a bit of a sneak peak for Gojo and Toji’s childhood arc. I was wrong, Gojo isn’t immortal as I’ve heard the world “vital organs” man was a speed of light in the main story but it’s nice that someone was able to tackle him just so that it’s evident to see how Gojo held his own strength after dealing with a secondary damage. Toji is so fucking badass when stabbing that cursed monster and looks like he can posseses no cursed energy when seeing spiraled cursed monster is spiraling around his body makes me wondering how did he even get them interacted in the first place. It’s also interesting to know that Gojo and Toji are on a similar level of competence but can be stronger which drawns to how they play out their tactics. The Azure Glow was a pretty satisfying technique, also Fly Heads woah, now where did Toji even learn all of these unusual techniques and he even got a inverted spear of heaven, which I’d assumed would do different abilities as his original weapon

Toji's a cunning guy, this was an awesome fight, but I guess it's not quite over yet.
