| Berserk,Texchnolyze and Hotaru no Haka are some of the first that come to mind, 3-gatsu could be a contender but only the early episodes. The ultimate one of course is Inferno Cop every episode made me realize something and left me deeply depressed knowing the current state of the anime Industry. |

| The one that comes to mind for me is Domestic Girlfriend, I just wasn't expecting to get so emotionally involved and then have such a cliff-hanger for an ending, where it didn't resolve the story one way or the other, which was very frustrating. |
