As the title suggests what is the weirdest manga you have ever read?

The weirdest manga I've ever read is MADK. It's dark and strange but very interesting. It's about a boy with weird desires who's taken to the demon world. He experiences some crazy (and sometimes bad) stuff there...

As far as I remember it was Inu, it's about seven pages of gay pedophilia/beastiality/ero-guro, it made me ŕealize that manga don't have almost any censorship compared to anime and you can literally find anything you can imagine

Kago's "Super Dimensional Love Gun"
Jiro Matsumoto's "Keep on Vibrating" and "Velveteen and Mandala"
Keiichi Koike's "Spinoza"
Hironori Kikuchi's "Gedatsu Man"
Junko Mizuno's "Life of Momongo"
Furuya's "Palepoli" and "Garden"
Makoto Aida's "Mutant Hanako"
Basically anything by Nishioka Kyoudai
A lot of these i read in the "Secret Comics Japan" and "Ax" collections that were released in English so mostly tame in respect to what you can probably find on the interwebs. I guess I named more than one so if I had to pick "Mutant Hanako" is pretty fuckin weird.

'A shit to remember' by Junji Ito.
Junji Ito is a genius, even writing manga about actual shit.

Then there is Kami no Kodomo - that's not only weird but makes me really question the mental state of the author when they wrote this.

Good weird: Homunculus. The mindscrews come from an interesting and artistic premise.
Bad weird: Milk Closet. I had no idea what was going to even as I was reading the last chapter.
Video games can be educational. The Oregon Trail taught me that Manifest Destiny is fatal.

Not sure if it even counts, but I read an ero-guro called Mai-chan's Daily Life out of morbid curiosity.

Couldn't even finish it. I can usually stomach gore but... goodness that shit was... yikes. It's about this maid girl with regenerative abilities. Lots of horrific gorey sex ensues.

Midori Days I guess, which actually isn't all that weird aside from a delinquent waking up one day to find out that a girl who has a crush on him has literally replaced his right hand.

Any one-shot from Shintaro Kago preferably ones from his anthologies~ Guy always draws the weirdest ideas in the weirdest and grossest ways. If only looking for his material wasn't as hard as it was lmao

Uzumaki (if only because of the twisted and otherworldly sketches of Junji) and Nijigahara Holograph (though I'm accustomed to unorthodox storytelling, this was something).
