So I finished Amanchu and really enjoyed how calm and relaxing it was. So I checked out Flying Witch (loved it) and after finishing that I checked out Aria The Animation and really liked that as well.

I'm looking for any other relaxing slice of life anime with low stakes and enjoyable characters. Preferably all women, although I don't really have a reason for saying that beyond the three shows above have almost entirely female characters.

A slow pace would be great to have as well.

I would describe Kino no Tabi as the fraternal twin of Mushishi. Same vibe, same swuave chill ass MC's who travel the world. Outstanding ambiance and BEAUTIFUL scenes.

Bartender the anime literally put me to sleep, in a good way. That show is literally the definition of meditation. The soft voices and smooth animation. It literally takes everyday qualms you have in life and toss it aside for a couple of minutes. I dare you to watch like 3 episodes of this without falling asleep lol.

More lively yet chill shows I would consider are Moyashimon, Natsume Yuujinchou, basically any ghibi film, and Usagi Drop

Start with Kino's journey and Usagi Drop, those are my personal picks

sakura quest is pretty laid back and enjoyable, with the mc's being a group of girls

In recent years, my top relaxing anime besides Amanchu were:
Hakumei to Mikochi
Shoujo shuumatsu ryokou

if you are open to something older (seems like half of MAL has a hate boner for anything made before 2005 that isn't evangelion) I'd recommend the Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou OVAs

Lucky Star -- Helps if you've already watched Suzumiya Haruhi due to references (lots of shared voice actors, too) but that's not the only anime that's referenced.

Wait, Lucky Star is relaxing? For some reason I always thought it was one of those super hyperactive animes that pretty much defined the 00s and stayed away from it for that reason. But maybe that's just because memes.

Must be memes, then, because it was pretty chill to me (and it had a Maria-sama ga Miteru reference my fav anime series :D )
