I could think a few that kinda like survival game

1. Liar Game
2. Eden no Ori
3. After School Nightmare (This is not really a survival game but one of my favorite)
4. Psyren
5. Akuma no riddle
6. Are you Alice?

I'm not really up to date with the current manga hahaha
Hope helps!

Battle Royale is kinda what you're looking for. It's completed and if you don't mind older artsyle it's great!

+1 for Battle Royale. It's a long and wordy read but it's got a great story.

Btoooom! isn't bad as well if you can ignore the plentiful amounts of fanservice.
Stay Strong, KyoAni.

already finished reading battle royale a while back, btoooom was kinda getting dragged longer than it should be to me, but i'm still up-to-date with the translations

Tell me what do you think about After School Nightmare,
it's pretty underrated because it's shoujo and gender bender

I love the genre, though there are too few, IMO. There are also more realistic stories, like "Jisatsutou", but I think you're after the actual "Battle Royale" thing.

If you don't mind totally insane, over-the-top plots, there's
"Kamisama no iutoori" + sequel.

(It's absolutely ridiculous, but I still love it--even if I usually stay with slightly more realistic stuff.) First series is kind of short, about 5 volumes. Sequel (which is much better, IMO, is more like, 20 volumes or something.)

Also, Tonogai Yoshiki's series "Secret", "Judge" and "Doubt". I wouldn't call them THAT great, but the idea was kind of cool and they're an okay read.

Haven't read "Suicide Classroom", but as far as I understand, it's kind of this genre?
