| THAT MYSTERIOUS CHARACTER MUST HAVE BEEN UESUGI!!!! Sorry for the excitement, but if I'm suspicion is right that old man is the protagonist from Touch, the pitcher who won against Sumi Tech, the game from the past that they are always referring to. |

| Awesome episode! Great usage of music and the directing this episode was exemplary, really enjoying the heck out of this show! A wonderful treat of Tou’s innate abilities this episode! No wonder why Sou holds him in such a high regard, he really is a star during those pressured moments. I wonder who that tall man at the start was though, surely someone important by the looks of it. But, that aside, seeing Otomi so interested and Tou’s revelation of working this hard for that expression of hers was very sweet. Heartbreak for Sumi tech, meanwhile. A little somewhat touching scene between the Akai Brothers too and that stalker’s bit was goddamn hilarious! Seinen v Meisei soon? Looking forward to the next episode! |

| I wonder who mystery man at the start was, I kinda hope it's Uesegi or perhaps Harada. Meisei was pretty lucky there with the ball Kenjo's outfield couldn't catch. Tou really was at his best in this match. |

| More recaps... yay? My biggest fear has been confirmed. But Ig they make sense in episodes that are more sports-themed. I like that next episode is gonna be more SOL. I wish the show would cut to the chase and just reveal the identity of mystery man instead of teasing us with more 4th wall breaking BS. He's built up as someone important and now we know for certain he's a returning character from Touch. My money's on Harada. Former Sumi Tech, Kenjou lost before they could barely even start. It seems like the fake ace's faking had some payoff as Kenjou didn't do proper reconnaissance and ended up considering Meisei as small fry. I doubt we'll see them play again considering how many episodes are still left of this series which is a bit sad. |
| those Akai brothers need to rekindle what once was an awesome relationship. i wonder what happened to them that made them grow apart. and nishimura better not get caught by either sou or tou taking pix of their kid sis lol |
