Good evening.
I logged into my Proximo profile which takes me first to MyPanel. Today, I get a window asking to "Translate this page" and my option is to translate it to Portuguese. Never had this happen to my profile nor am I Portuguese. I have had that window pop up when I visit a profile that is in another language other than English.
There is no unique link to MyPanel page other than: https://myanimelist.net/

it is set for english, as it has been since i bought it
but today it did not ask to translate
so, who knows

What i do know is...

It's probably because of a review or recommendation that it isn't English and appeared on your panel
