| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Episode has aired in Japan. Discuss. Anyways, the Ice chapter wasn't one of my favorite manga chapters in the manga, but it was well adapted here and was pretty entertaining. The Valentine's part was surprising to see. I recall the manga having it as a "bonus" chapter so I didn't think it would be adapted. Nevertheless, it was very sweet. Including Mano and Nakai is always nice as they are a parallel to Nishikata and Takagi. I hope they see some development too. Not much to say about the 3 girls skit. I understand that they should be included as well, but they're hardly as entertaining compared to the main cast. Edit: Moved reply content here for simplicity |

| I got some laugh out of this week's episode. Nishikata should be more careful not getting distracted as usual. He just can't hold onto that ice plate without breaking. Dude almost always messes up comically in some way. I do find it interesting they're focusing more on the other characters outside of Takagi and Nishikata this episode. I almost forgot Mano existed in the show but this episode reminded me. |

| Some additional things upon rewatching the episode: * The animation this episode was oddly lacking. Nothing horrible, but when the shots were farther away from characters, the faces looked off model at times. A but concerning this early in the season. * In regards to the 3 girls having their own skits... I think the reason why I don't like them is because on their own, they aren't extremely entertaining. On the other hand, when they're included in the normal segments, they prove to be enjoyable. At least we're seeing their segments far fewer than in season 1 (so far at least). * In the show, it's winter now, February to be exact. I guess we're skipping the chapters where they mentioned Christmas and whatnot? |

| This anime always manages to make me feel comfy and laugh at the same time. Takagi-san is such a good character. They changed the ending this episode to Konayuki (粉雪), I wonder if this time it will be a different ending each episode or if they did it the opposite of last season and the pair endings will start on episode 3. |

| I liked this episode, the ice skit I'd suprised because the Nishikata have managed not to screw it up first when he managed to hold the ice when he had almost dropped, it shows that the characters are evolving (in a slow manner? yes but they are), that's what I thought, but 10 seconds later the nishikata already let the ice fall anyway. the main surprise for me was the part of Valentine's Day, when the show highlighted other characters (which is good!) although the girl with a pony tail on the side of the takagi did not say an "a" yet. but the fact that the nishikata stay all day waiting for the takagi to give chocolates to him and the takagi playing with him only at the end of the day and not letting go of the fact that she who gave the chocolate to him, shows that the relation of the characters is developing. in the end, it was a great ep, it was not perfect (I felt that some jokes were slower than normal), but it was really good! :) |

| I wanna go berserk when a character spouts statements like, "Why is she mad"! I could choke that bastard Nakai to death if he was close, just for muttering that stupid shit. Nishikata receiving chocolate from Takagi actually brought it back. The confiscation was hilarious though! |

| Entire episode was really sweet, especially the scene where Mina is giving chocolate that she made to her class. Happy to see Mano and Nakai still having their cute moments. |

| Nishikata was teased a lot in appearance segment! Takagi is changing her way of teasing, she is focusing more in a romantic way, i am loving it! Valentine's segment was awesome, especially at the end with chocolate! |
