Does anyone know if there is going to be an english dub for the show?

Here's hoping, but I wonder who will dub and distribute this physically since its on Amazon Prime?

I'm kinda hoping Funimation will, but I'll settle for Viz Media too.

If Banana Fish, a series which is actually set in America which is licensed by Amazon here in the US is any indication then we probably won’t see a dub at least not for a very long time if not ever since they also hold the rights for Vinland Saga.

Amazon has the streaming rights and considering they have yet to make it a habit to dub their shows, the chances are very slim to none.

The only real chances of it getting one will be from Sentai Filmworks since they had a former partnership with Amazon.

I hope because its most likely the only way i will watch it. When i was younter i did not mind reading anime and the voice acting in the early 2000s english dubs were not well done. Now i feel they are amazing and well funded and really well done. I honestly cant follow while reading also now that my eyes are getting bad from old age. I would really prefer an english dub and am hoping because i have said nothing but nice things. I also dont know whay amazon refuses to dub its anime with how much money they have hire a studio cmon its only a gain not a loss.

Still no news of dub. I'm disappointed .
It is shocking to find how many people do not believe they can learn, and how many more believe learning to be difficult.

While not Vinland Saga, Sentai Filmworks is releasing another Prime show, Dororo, on blu-ray with a dub. So it is possible we could get Vinland Saga as well.

Dororo is licensed by Sentai Filmworks while Vinland Saga is licensed by Amazon Prime. Amazon Prime aren't known for dubbing their shows. So, the chances are very very rare !!
