windows 11 is worse in some UX things than 10 but its fine, its windows so you get what they ship

Grew up with mostly XP and only with window 10 later on, so window 10 in terms of gaming. Linux all the way, though.

Neither. The next versions of Windows, 11 and 12 are going to bring in a lot of undesirable features such as your entire OS being in the cloud and possibly paying a subscription to use the OS. If I were you, I'd install Linux, a flavor of your choice. Either that or get a Mac.
