Just to tell you guys, this is the most complicated anime i've seen. You need to think more when you watch the Anime.

I don't think so, maybe the shiping aspect is complicated, the story is fine and inteligible. Stuff like boogiepop and texhnolyze is complicated.

No, I agree. This anime has so many things you have to follow! You have to follow the character relationships as well as their personal development! Then you have the prejudice between the sea people and the land people! Then you have the lore that keeps being added to! Then you have the whole Ena thing that is complicated and changes! Then as soon as you think you are getting the hang of things a huge plot twist outta nowhere and it's like you have to start all over again!

Is this a joke? It was insanely boring and not at all "complicated." If you want something "complicated," try something such as Higurashi, Boogiepop, or Baccano.

Higurashi will get you in first half for sure, but then it will just be easy, Baccano is just awesome, Boogiepop Blood Phantom will indeed be confusing since you need to watch like 4-5 episodes to understand 1 episode.
I dropped this when it was ongoing after episode one, and now here I am sniping all eps in 1 day cause I gotta make cards for this roller coaster of romance.
But I can admint that this show had a potential and it was some what interesting at that ceremony but can't help it, it was ruined with romance tag...

Nah wouldn't really say that this anime is overly complicated. There are far more "complicated" or complex animes out there. Sure you might be confused at first glace with who likes who since it is a full blown love hexagon or something.
