| Nanako's smile has to be one of the most charming I've come across with female anime characters in recent memory. Maybe even all time! Definitely one of my biggest takeaways from this show, along with that epic interaction in, I believe, episode four with Kino. |
| A meeting? I was hopping to see a love confession at the end XD It was still cute though. I don't know if it's just me but, I feel like this episode ended faster than usual X( Beautiful anime! ^w^ but I'm going to miss Nanako's smile :( |

| Well...this show wasn't super revolutionary or groundbreaking (didn't expect it to, it is a slice of life show) but still fairly enjoyable. Pretty good final episode. Giving the show a 7/10. |

| As someone said, the way they interacted through Senryuu on that board was cheesy as hell but man, I can't deny I was smiling during the whole episode... again. That said, it was a nice way to conclude such sweet anime. Overall, it was a pretty entertaining series. I was thinking of giving it a 7/10 but fuck it. It deserves an 8/10 just for how cute, heartwarming and wholesome it was. Planning on reading the manga soon! |
| Alright finale. Would have much rather gotten more development between Nanako and Eiji. The fact the Eiji still seems unaware the Nanako likes him burns me out a little. Still the show was very cute overall. Also I gotta bicker a bit at this backstory. I mean Nanako had met Eiji for all of 5 mins and she fell in love with him. Just because he said "thanks for clapping - it's cool if you're too shy to talk" basically. |
| Oh Ehm Gee! that's it!?!?!? no kiss from Nanako to Eiji!? She could have kissed him very quickly and Eiji wouldn't notice when they are both alone on the roof! 5/5. 7/10. |

| I've had on a perpetual smile while watching this show, and it's probably one of the most enjoyable and relaxing animes I have ever watched. Hopefully, there's a second season! |

| Ive never wanted an anime character in my life more than Nanako. Such natural and pure cuteness and kindness. Everybody needs a Nanako. |
| Glad to finally see Nanako and Eiji's meeting. No confession was expected. Overall I'd give the show a 6/10 as it was nice to just sit and watch a 12 min episode but I felt a lot of the comedy was hit or miss which lead to miss more often for me. Believe there was 1 or 2 episodes that I truly liked but the rest were very average. |

| I must say, I thought the idea of this girl only speaking through poems was really, really stupid... but my GOD was this a freaking cute anime, and I love cute, I really freaking love cute. Plus it was an overall decent anime. 7/10. |

| Kind of weird way to end after that great fireworks episode. No real conclusion to the relationship liek a confession or a kiss or anything. Kind of a let-down. The origin story told here was really good but it's no way to end a show. 6/10 for me. |

| Not sure what the point of her writing gimmick is if we can hear her voice over. From the audience's perspective there is nothing that separates this from regular dialogue, since the characters respond immediately as if she's spoken. That probably works better in manga form. Could be really funny at times, but not consistently. Thought their relationship was too boring to make me actually care. Amane has great legs. |

| now this was a good watch this series was perfect and Nanako was really cute throughout the whole thing, one of the best girls of 2019 also Eiji was a really awesome character but i do gotta say he really looks like Saitama with hair lol was thinking that while watching this so many screens that i had to lol because he looked just like him but yeah this is one of my fave of 2019 took me awhile to get to it but wow did i love it really am hoping this series will get a season 2 some day in the near future |

| And so we end with the backstory of how our leads first met, and developed the bond shown throughout the series. You know, if I had to describe this series in a single word I think it would be: D'aaaaw. A nice and pure, relaxing and healing, mild romance series. I say mild because they never officially became a couple, but to be fair I'm pretty sure everyone at this point besides Eiji himself already knows they're destined to share the rest of their lives together. And I'm sure deep down he already knows it too. I suspect, had the source material finished before this anime was made, we would have had our big moment of them officially becoming a couple, but oh well. As it is this was still a lovely little series, even if the senryu gimmick was lost on a westerner like myself. In the end love transcends all. Solid 7/10. :) |
