 An official website and Twitter account were launched for a new spin-off TV anime titled Uchi Tama?! Uchi no Tama Shirimasen ka? on Friday. The anime will air on Fuji TV's noitaminA programming block in January 2020.Uchi Tama?! Uchi no Tama Shirimasenka? is a new take on the formerly anthropomorphic Tama and friends, with Tama and the rest of the cast taking on human forms with animal features. The mascots were first introduced in 1983 and were featured on food packaging and stationery. The first TV anime by Group TAC was produced in 1988, which was followed by a movie in 1993. | Wow! I sure am feeling weird about this! Tama and Friends... I remember, I used to watch it on Fox Kids. I recently discovered it and began watching the old episodes again. But now they're doing a humanized version during the noitaminA block by MAPPA? That feels too surreal. Every part of it. |
