Where to start manga?

I just finished season 2 and I heard the manga gets really repetitive so I was hoping somebody can give me some insight on when it gets interesting. I heard characters like Tsugumi gets more development which is great.

Actually season 2 Ended covering 106th chapter from manga!
but if you expect manga and anime version to be similar then you'll be disappointed!!!
but i think you can start from 107th Chapter pf the manga!!!

At this rate, I wouldn't expect a season 3 to be honest. But, the manga actually does a really good job telling the rest of the story!
