Summer 2019 Power Ranking Announcements  Salutations and welcome to the 17th running of the PRC. Summer Season last year was consider one of the worst seasons in years by many, and not just because MAL was down for for 2+ months XD. So hopefully we can have a much more relaxing season at the beach and get tanned by the rays of :feelsgoodman: The system goes as followed. First you need to pick your watching class between "Togashi" Class- 5 show voting."Oda" Class- 10 show voting. "Toriyama" Class- 20 show voting. Paying homage to famous original creators. -The Power Rankings is a 4-sequence feature of voting for what you believe is the best shows after week 4, 7, 10, and 13(end of the season) -Missing two submit dates results in the discontinuing of your participation -Sequels, Leftovers, and Shorts are allowed but shows that have run for more than 2 cours are not -For a show to be eligible for PRC, it must air during at least 3 of the PRC deadlines. So it needs to start before the second hand-in or not end before the beginning of the 3rd hand-in interval. -Hand-ins of your list will be done by PM to Jirmt for Togashi. js_Vegnagun for Oda. Akuma-chi for Toriyama. - When creating your hand-in 1 being your favorite show and 5, 10 or 20 being your cut-off show -The Character Class hand-ins go to BlueSkylark for week 4, 7 and 10. -Three separate threads will then be made featuring the opinions of those involved.
