| I'm amazed no one has said 'masturbate' yet. Though I guess that isn't really weird... I have something. I have meditated on and off for the last few years and I went through a phase of meditating for 20-30mins before and after my nightly anime watching. The intention was to focus my mind beforehand so I could concentrate on the episodes better and soak everything in, and to reinforce the memories of what I had watched afterwards. I don't think it worked all that well. I'm still a big fan of meditation but I only do it these days when I'm stressed or just want to chill out for a bit. |

| That's so hard to say! Most of the "weird" stuff was when I was a kid, and it's specifically because I was a kid that I wouldn't consider the stuff to be weird. I mean like, hey, I probably still do some weird stuff now, but they're so much a part of my life that I can't even think of what they are...? Right now the weirdest thing, which I don't actually consider weird is that sometimes when I finish an anime, I'll walk around the house and muse about it out loud. But I've found that I do this with nearly any media I consume even if it's not anime or related to Japan at all. It helps me get my thoughts out-- I only do it when I'm alone in the house though. I dunno. It's hard. My phase of doing weird stuff because of anime was so long ago.;; I mean, I guess I sometimes take my Charmander and Link plushies to school secretly like once a semester, but that's about it. I used to do that with all my favorite stuffed animals though. I do more weird stuff because of video games than because of anime, tbh. Like, I take a whole week to celebrate the birthday of Link (of which I made up when I was a kid). I've been doing that since I was a young one.
