Teaching Senko and Shiro how to use a microwave! It's also cute that Senko tries to give Nakano a haircut. Interesting that we got to see more of Nakano's past too. |

| That fro Senko gave Nakano was awesome and she can even mend split ends and outright removed hair back together again. |

| Well we got another very short flashback. I guess we still have 3 episodes left, but I figured they would have made the flashbacks more important by now. |
| So Senko learned how to make gratin. It made me hungry. |

| The gratin looked tasty, I wanna make some myself. I was hoping the neighbor would become a more important character but it seems like she is exclusively for short breaks from Senko and Nakano time. Her anime cosplay goggles still haven't come off even though the fire was blue and floating right in front of her... oh well. Nakano related the haircut to his time with his mom. I wonder if he views Senko as a mother figure, romantic interest, or caretaker, or perhaps a weird blend of all three. |

| It's at this point I realise that I don't really have much at all to say about these episodes. This was another fairly standard outing for this show, really. |
| The way the gratin was made here is better than how food wars would've shown it. Just the pure reaction of them smiling about how the good the food was IS WAY BETTER than having your clothes ripped to shreds just as you take a bite. THIS IS THE VISUALIZATION OF MY DESIRES |

| Whenever I hear gratin I automatically assume cod au gratin so the whole time I was thinking "where tf is the cod???" lul. |

Here's the point about SOLs; There isn't any. It's all about indulgence and healing while you watch. I've seen a ton of anime of this genre and plot and "journey" you mentioned are irrelevant. Sure, you'll get the occasional plot or message the series might have and if you're lucky; they'll sprinkle some character development or a hint of romance as well. Just sit back and enjoy the nonsensical things these cute characters do on a regular basis and don't expect much. This is the genre that expect you to 'turn your brain off' to wash the stress off. |

| Last episode we got a haikyuu x dragon ball z crossover, this episode we have food wars minus the raging orgasms and stripping, along with GTA barber with, according to nakano, scissors asmr. Dang, I wanna get my head scrubbed while I’m being suffocated my a fluffy fox tail. That trim really was just a trim. His hair was long before but it was still long after the cut, what a minor trim, if you can even call it that lol |
