| So, today I just went to czech my MAL then suddenly, bam, here is second season, it's gonna be this year! And first season has already 24 episodes planned? So we get 36 episodes in one year. I mean, sure, there are lot of non stop anime with hundreds of episodes, but 95% of my anime experience are short anime projects of 12 episode which are suppose to persuade me to buy manga and novels, 24 episodes if we are luck, only few chosen ones get second season in years to come. And so far, I didn't really get much positive review about this anime either on forums or by youtube reviewrs. Is this anime much more popular then I thought? Or is it on top list in Japan alone? They seems to invest a lot to this original project, which seems to me really risky move from studio itself. Edit: According to others, MAL just didn't updated episode list before making second season page. So Fairy gone is split to 2 runs of 12 episodes apparently. |

| Maybe the MAL community shit on fg season 1 too hard so they decided toggle the second tour a new page and potential fresh start lmao. I predict this series will start to get good around episode 22 or 23. |

| no we're not getting 36 episodes. eventually the Fairy gone staff announced that it wasn't 24 episodes straight but a split-cour (which means that its gonna stop this summer and come back in Fall), its just that its only now that MAL is doing something. |

| Seems like the original series was going to be 12 eps, but it had such a negative reaction they split it into two seasons. Not sure why. Season one was a complete and utter shit fest, and I sure as hell am not planning to endure 12 episodes of this garbage. Shit show. |

| Honestly looking forward to the 2nd cour of this. From the PV fights look no worse than in cour 1. Free needs to get that fairy weapon sword back though, he looks to be at a disadvantage without it. |
