| I am also extremely excited for this anime!! I'm one of lucky ones since my favorite route in the game was Yanagis and that is the one that will be most likely to be adapted. |
| As excited for this as I am, I hope it turns out better than most Otome-to-anime adaptations since it’s probably my favourite Otome game. As much as I like Yanagi’s route, I wish they were adapting Kei’s route instead 😭 (Since we all know whose route will be adapted lol) |

| I don't have the console nor do I have the game but I've seen all the hype revolving around this game ever since it came out so I was seriously hoping for an adaptation. Especially since the individual who made the character designs for this game is the same person who designed the characters of Amnesia! So excited! |
| Hype! Anime might be released before I get this game. I waited so long to buy the game now it's going to be a real hassle... and yet I will probably still find a way to buy the game. I guess they might release the Collar X Malice anime next year? We'll see. Edit: Aw, it's probably going to be Yanagi's route whereas the one that sounded most interesting to me was Mineo's. |

| Holy shit, I'm in the middle of Okazaki's route right now, just heard of this and I'm extremely nervous about this. Visual novel adaptations NEVER go well, the closest thing to a good otome adaptation is Hakuoki, but that's literally the only good otome adaptation. Look at the state of Amnesia: Memories, Code;Realize, Diabolik Lovers. They'll obviously most likely adapt Yanagi's route, but CxM has multiple routes to flesh out and slowly develop the mystery and characters for a reason, just adapting Yanagi's route could be an issue. Or they could just completely fuck it and decide to meld all the routes together like Amnesia or something, in which case the adaptation is 100% screwed. |

| I've seen nothing but praises for this game so I have high expectations for this anime adaptation. I hope they actually do a good job with this because I'd hate if this turns out to be yet another flopped game-to-anime adaptation like that reverse harem mafia anime... |
