Alternatively, you can go to your profile directly and select "edit profile". Once you get there, select the tab named "forum" and you will be redirected to a page looking like this: Find more info about MAL's forum rules here.  ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴀʀᴇ ʙʙᴄᴏᴅᴇs﹖ ʜᴏᴡ ᴅᴏ ɪ ᴜsᴇ ᴛʜᴇᴍ﹖ BBCodes are a way to format your text and to add elements such as YouTube videos, links, images, spoilers, and the like. BBCodes are enabled in the forums, private messages, profiles, profile comments as well as in the club comment section. You can find the list of available BBCodes to use here.  ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴀʀᴇ ᴄᴀʀᴅs﹖ ʜᴏᴡ ᴅᴏ ɪ ᴜsᴇ ᴛʜᴇᴍ﹖ Cards or card editions are a club thing that don’t serve a real purpose, but are rather collectibles that you can for example just save, show off in a blog post on MAL such as in this example here, or display them in your MAL profile, your forum signature...the list goes on! Just make sure you download and re-host your cards as space is limited for card makers. ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴅᴏ ᴡʜᴇɴ ʀᴇϙᴜᴇsᴛɪɴɢ ᴄᴀʀᴅs﹖ Once ready, card editions will be posted on a thread in the club, where you can fill out a form with which cards you want from which card maker. Use the format given in the thread to write your request. Please don’t order cards if you don’t plan on using them as there are only 100 slots available each edition. If a card maker has made 3 cards but their limit is 1/3 it means they will only allow you to pick 1 of their 3 designs. The staff limit applies only to members that are part of The Newbie Club staff.  ᴡʜᴀᴛ ɪs ᴀ ᴄʟᴜʙ﹖ᴡʜᴀᴛ ɪs ᴛʜɪs ᴄʟᴜʙs ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏsᴇ﹖ A club is a community of people with a common interest where they join together and our purpose is to help out new members for MAL that are confused on how to get around the site and to help get you started on anime!  ʜᴏᴡ ᴄᴀɴ ɪ ᴜɴsᴜʙsᴄʀɪʙᴇ﹖ If you aren't a fan of the club notifications, you can easily turn them off by going to the club's main page and clicking the "Unsubscribe" button under the "Club Messages."
