Comon, this Isekai is so over the top, it's comical! MC is OP beyond reason, setting and characters are cliche, and it seems like it's going to to be predictable AF! And I'm going to enjoy every second of it!!

I see too many others taking themselves far too seriously, and bashing new isekai anime almost like it's obligatory now.. Get over yourselves. Especially some of the tightwads with low mean scores. How much do people like that actually enjoy anime, or life tbh? Maybe find a form of entertainment that's more fulfilling??

Haters can keep at it. I'm just going to enjoy this dumb fun that Kenja no Mago will be lol.

agreed. The show is the most unoriginal thing ever but I'm enjoying it in spite of how mediocre its premise is. It's definitely a show that doesn't take itself seriously and it's 100% self-insert fulfillment. Definitely like how the main girl was introduced to the audience with a shot of her assets and not her face. 10/10

it obvious from the first episode that this is not a serious show. While not even near the likes of Konosuba, it has the same premise being a comedy of a certain genre.

This show has 60 percent comedy in it, that's for sure, but from the Light Novel and Manga, there will be some serious events too, and people will die in this show ( of course the people that will be dying are mob crowd characters who are not part of MC's group ), and the enemies and main antagonist pose a serious threat to this world, even more if the MC is not reincarnated here to this world to act as a saviour. I am not spoiling anything, as I just want to dispel any assumptions from people that think that this will only be an easy-mode all-comedy show with no stakes on the line for the fate of the world in this show.

I'd say that Kenja no Mago comprises of 60 percent comedy and 40 percent serious. This is literally a more comedy and light version of Mahou Koukousei with an Isekai introduction. In terms of enemy threats to the world in general and all friends of MC ( except for the Overpowered MC ), this is just like watching Seiken Tsukai and Akashic Records too.

I frown at recent installments of Persona and Trails of Cold Steel that introduce harem-like elements in the story.

We need more JRPGs like the past Lunar series, where there are multiple romantic pairings in the party other than for the protagonist and main heroine.

I agree, this shit is not even mediocre tho but worse than that, but idk why i enjoy dumb anime like this, it's like isekai smartphone and death march, both are shit and i won't rate them higher than 4, but nonetheless still fun to watch to wasting time lol..
