| Aside from wanting children, I hate those things, I can fully relate with the bloke in the video. When it comes to sex and relationships, I don't understand what all the fuss is about to be honest. There's a plethora of more important and fulfilling things in life that I can devote my time and energy towards. I'm not asexual, just... apathetic. |

Oddly enough I agree, I don't even think most ppl in relationships really have realistic expectations considering the amount of cheating and arguing and general dissatisfaction I see in most relationships... at least from ppl my age. I think media is heavily to blame for giving us unrealistic expectations of what "love" is supposed to be. Also for the idea that a relationship should be so desirable. I've gotten a lot more materialistic and spiritual and definitely in terms of how long they last out of friendships. @incisorr If you're that serious about getting laid move to a large metropolitan city... or you know just visit for a weekend or something. I'm not gonna pretend like women are not the gatekeepers of sex, but if you're not even trying than you're the one to blame. |

| I actually relate with the guy on the video a lot. I've never really understood the significance of having a relationship. I had people who were close to me enough that it'd make sense if I started having feelings for them but I never did. I can't help but feel like it's too much of a hassle and requires too much emotional investment which just looks tiresome. I'm content having friends honestly. Am I the odd one out lol? |

| I feel quite sympathetic to this sort of growing trend. I do have interest in girls but my preferences simply narrow it down quite a bit. I've only ever been interested in 3 people- one of whom I asked out and was rejected - and the other 2 I simply didn't ask out due to purely practical reasons (living in another city for example and no long distance relationships don't always work). It's this sort of lack of practicality that probably leads people (guys and girls) to not find partners since the fast-paced world doesn't grant enough time for a lot of people. It sort of demotivates me in trying to find a partner especially since I prioritize work and friends exactly the same way the guy in the video does. I never feel desperate though since I get fulfillment from such activities. |
