Where do they get their meat?

The only meat I know they consume is fish, but I don't think the dried meat is fish.

Excellent question, now i wonder that too. That said, in One Piece a lot of meat looks like it was made by cow or other mammal even though the fact that it was a literal waterworld and logistics among islands would be pretty hard with
special compass. So i assumed meat in One Piece are mostly fish. In this settings too the meat i assume is fish as well, although the method to make dried fish meat is unknown to me as well
