| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Nezuko in a basket lol It looks like the show has a running gag of Tanjirou running into bloody or death scenes constantly now. I thought this episode captured the feeling of horror kinda well. The soundtrack made the scenes felt more thrilling too. Tanjirou still has a lot to learn especially about fighting and surviving if you ask me. |

| Tanjirou saw again a tragic scene that it was relatable to him. Finally today we meet Sakonji, the man who's gonna train our boi to become a demon slayer. I'm expecting some good stuff for the next episodes. |

| Mc-kun is not as useless as i thought he wouldbe, and now he's an apprentice of this old dude, who seems to be some kind of a demon slayer trainer or something. Also, i didn't thought we would get the "cute oni-imouto moments", like who ever said that you can't be a demon and cute at the same time lol. |

| The basket's the real best character of the season. The story is really intriguing me so far, this show looks really promising in my opinion. The staff at ufotable are really giving my eyes a feast, I find myself admiring the scenery and realistic backgrounds almost every frame. |
| Great followup episode, this is just fantastic. I'm super tempted to read the manga now. First of all, the art is just incredible. So beautiful. The animation is great and the fight sequences have some great direction. I loved the sequence where the candle light went out and that Oni attacked Tanjuro, so damn good. "Nezuko, get in the basket" was hilarious. XD Sakonji seems like a great character and I'm looking forward to seeing more of him. Training arc already, let the hype begin! |

| And thus the training to become a Demon Slayer started. Training sessions are without a doubt among my favorite parts in shounen and this one here is no exception, totally digging it so far. And gosh, Nezuko is super cute. |

| wow, Nezuko is a cutie and pretty fucking OP at that i really like the animation and the style they have, the motion feels so natural and has gravity to it. as expected of ufotable, the fights are awesome |

| Kind of goofy episode and felt like it lost all the suspense and tension that made episode 1 provocative and emotional. Nezuko staying as a girl in a basket is kind of unexciting and lame. I wish we could get over that plot and have her do more than be carried around during the daytime. Would have preferred if the training to be a demon slayer took place at a school/academy instead of just at some random geezers house in the mountains. Frictionjunction did not need Lisa. |

| Another Great Episode. The OST of this anime is making the show many times better,it was great without it even. The art and animation was great too. The cutest moments were between Tanjirou and Nezuko. Get in the basket Nezuko. Now Sakonji has made an appearance,the training arc begins.This anime is really a contender for AOTY. And the ED was great too. |

| That animation quality is impressive I must say. ED was fabulous. Nezuko was so cute lmfao, I want her as my pet. Yeah the first encounter with a demon is as stupid as I remember lol, still Ufotable tried its best to make it less stupid, I appreciate that. And can we talk about the backgrounds? Like DAMN  |

| Nezuko is so adorable even when kicking and literally decapitating a demon :( And i have to say.. the animation when Tanjirou was trying to dodge those traps was amazing |

| I loooove the art style of this anime! It's so unique and the quality is high. I already really love Tanjiro... he's got that Midoria level determination and i respect that shit. Thought the added comedy elements this week were great too because it can be a bit much wen an anime is just continually dark and heavy |

| Looks like Tanjirou barely passed the test thanks to his amazing sense of smell and will be trained by Jiraiya-sensei , also Nezuko in the basket was just too cute.. :D |

| Tanjirou is one honest guy lol not to mention a stubborn one. Hmm pretty strong opening as well. As expected of LISA. From the visuals looks like we will have plenty of new characters that will appear. Nezuko's attempt to fit herself into that basket sure was fun. Damm Nezuko sure was impressive kicking off a demons head like that. But even more so was the fact that the demon remains alive without it being attached to his body. That battle sure was a close call though. So demons are vanquished by sunlight huh. Tanjirou's evasion of the traps after sniffing them out sure was impressive. Now that Tanjirou has become a initiate in the corps i think things will only become harder for him for his journey of getting stronger starts now. |

| The whole Nezuko in the basket thing is surprisingly cute. But looks like we've completed the whole find the old sensei and pass his entrance exam thing. Interested to see what this training will actually entail. We don't really know anything about the demon slayer ppl yet. |

| Nezuko is a cute. That demon looked intimidating at first, then got goofy when his head got arms lmao. Nice to see Tanjiro's training will begin soon, so we can move to the action. |

| So far so good this is my favourite anime this season I love everything : the story, the characters, the OST, the general mood, the art (special mention to the use of a really nice-looking CGI, that's rare), the animation and the VA I wonder how many episodes we'll get, butthis Spring sure is a nice anime season between this and Dororo |

| Ugh, that was somewhat disappointing. Not really impressed by the animation and the comedy is really unsettling. Its placed wrongly and it doesn't work for a show like this. This is going to be like Goblin Slayer all over again, pretty serious first episode, then turn off that edge in favor of Comedy and Fanservice. |
