| Ya but its so unsatisfying having read the manga oh so long ago and hoping to see some scenes in glorious animation and merely see colored stills. Pitches aren't as epic anymore. Also what's up with this constant narrator too? |

| Theres a difference. Madhouse seems to be taking inspiration from how Toei animates One Piece, colored slide shows with music. There was a flashback scene in one of the episodes, and its pretty clear that there is a difference in animation quality. Its not as much as a nosedive as OPM season 2. Its more like Overlord Season 1 compared to season 3. Madhouse in general just seems to be getting worse |

| From what I've seen, the change is really not that drastic. But like what the others said, it looked like a slideshow. I also noticed that the coloring has changed but overall it's still the same. They probably needed to adjust after they were the only one left in the project hence the "slideshow". |
