Is Mob Psycho 100 season 2 overrated?

When looking at the top anime I see that Mob 2 has a 9.01.
I don't get what is so good about this show.
That brings me to the question.
Is the show really overrated or am I missing something?

It's fully deserved. The story as well as the development of the character (mob) is just whew, certainly the drawings are very special but it does not prevent the animation remains beautiful (example: the fight against shimazaki). Some may not like, but we can not say that she does not deserve her success

I am not saying that I dislike Mob 2.

The animation is amazing.
The Characters are well written.
And the jokes make me laugh every time.

But I just don't get what makes it so good for it to get a 9.
