I know that most of the anime I watched almost made me binge it. It took away concentration when I was studying. Do you guys know of anime that won't affect your concentration while studying?

I'm pretty sure watching anything will affect your concentration while studying. If you mean a show that won't have you wanting to binge it, just watch something... boring?

The only anime that won't affect your studying is the anime you don't watch while studying.

You can try with quiet OSTs though if you want something anime-related.

Anime is a form of entertainment and escapism, IE it's supposed to distract you. Don't watch it if you want to concentrate on studying.

Studying had the opposite effect for me, the more I try to cram in the more stuff gets forgotten. I did better on the tests when I didn't study.

Golden Boy. You'll want to study even more.

Why not have 100% focus on studying? You'll still subconsciously be distracted by even such a 'non-concentration-affecting' anime.

Something episodic is the most obvious choice.

Dude, everything that's not actual study material affects studying because you STOP STUDYING.

Don't watch long running shonen, try OVAs and currently aired shows thus you could watch it on a weekly basis.

I try to avoid dead memes but watching Boku no Pico seems the only solution.

Similar situation here. So, I guess some of these points will be helpful to you too:
-Ditch long running shonen series.
-Watch Episodic animes like working, Kaguya sama, Grand Blue, etc.
-Don't get into any of the Psychological thrillers, try to watch slice of life or romance as it's easier to avoid binging them.
-Use this time to enlarge and manage your PTW list.
-Try to read Manga. At the least it will save you a couple of hours.
-If possible add a website blocker chrome extension and blacklist MAL and all streaming websites.

Try to watch an episodic anime so you are not that "hungry" for the next episode.
Eventually, you'll fall into death's embrace anyway, so it's stupid to be bound by useless ideals.

I guess you could watch an anime you don't like, because then you're going to want to study and not look at the screen.

In my experience, anime isn't really a problem, especially if you stick with simple episodic anime, as opposed to anime that make you spend hours thinking about it after you're done.
What is a problem, however, is MAL forums. Or any other discussion platform. It's too easy to spend too much time on an internet argument.

How's that a question? Just watch slice of life shows. No cliffhanger to lure you for watching another episode.

episodic, sol or the like eg:

Mushishi
Azumanga Daioh
Might be a great chance to watch the "Endless eight" Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu (2009)

OR simply NONE you could finish studying first and watch then what you want.

Why is this a question? Anything you do that’s not studying is going to negatively affect your concentration while studying.

self-control! Discipline! I don't have either but I still have the privilege of telling you that you need these!

tbh just watch weekly anime. At most you'll be watching like 3 episodes a day and then you can focus on whatever it is afterwards, and that's only if you are inclined on watching anime first thing. Otherwise, I suggest just finishing whatever you are studying first and then doing whatever you want afterwards

Anything that you do while studying will affect you, not only anime. I have to ask tho, you parents are blood related? Because I don't understand how a normal person would ask this.

Either something that will make you rack your brain after each episode so that binging will tire you out rather than amusing you, or episodic/slice of life anime. The latter can also lead you to binge, yeah, but then it's your fault for lacking self-control.

Maybe something mellow like Mushishi or Aria.

If you're looking for animes you will be able to learn in the meanwhile... there's none. If you look for an anime you can watch an episode and wont have an urge for another episode:
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
Hetalia Axis Powers

Why would you even watch anime while studying? It's a visual medium so it's meant to be seen. In other words: you won't be able to study when watching anime no matter what.

If bingewatching is the problem then just watch currently airing ones.

When I'm studying it never really bothers or distracts me. The fact that the anime I'm into keep me from studying altogether however...

Now that's a problem.

Maybe like a comedy or a shounen thing. Possibly a harem or a really simple isekai
