Hai to Gensou no Grimgar (isekai, but good)
Hataraku Maou-sama! (action)
Hibike! Euphonium (music, drama)
Inou-Battle wa Nichijou-kei no Naka de (drama with a lil bit of comedy)
Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai (drama, romance)
Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi (drama)
sorry, but most of these are not complete adaptations since it's only 12-13 eps... and most anime air while manga/light novel is ongoing

I'm looking complete stories like another, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, working!!, or Aria. Can be up series to 26 episodes.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/10087/Fate_Zero its from light novel. the story already complete, 25 episode
https://myanimelist.net/anime/9253/Steins_Gate its from visual novel. the story already complete. 24 episode
https://myanimelist.net/anime/23273/Shigatsu_wa_Kimi_no_Uso its from manga. the story already complete. 22 episode.
its hard to find manga/novel adaptation that just have 12-13 episodes with complete story. even your example Assassination Classroom have 2 seasons, working have 3 seasons, Aria have 3 seasons. if you want complete story just with 12-13 episode, it usually will be original anime

Remember that anime is intended to advertise manga. As a result, manga adaptations are generally not complete.
I have to guess on some of these since I don't read manga. If they're not complete, they do end conclusively.
Sarai-ya Goyou ("House of Five Leaves")
Junketsu no Maria
Boku dake ga Inai Machi ("ERASED")
Fune wo Amu
Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
Yuri!! on ICE
Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryouko isn't complete. There are two more volumes of the manga that have not been animated.

I have never heard of an anime adaptation that completely adapts a manga (and all of its arcs) in 12-13 episodes. That is too short of a length to completely adapt most manga out there.
Sailor Moon Crystal adapts the first two arcs of the original manga in 26 episodes. The third season of Crystal adapts the third arc of the manga in 13 episodes.
Toei Animation's still continuing to adapt the manga— the upcoming two-part movie Sailor Moon Eternal will adapt the fourth arc of the manga. No news of adapting the fifth and last arc yet, but we can safely assume that they might make a movie adaptation of it sometime after Eternal releases.
If you don't mind the length, then I'd recommend this Sailor Moon reboot if you want a 98%-straight-to-manga anime adaptation
