A teaser website launched and announced a TV anime adaptation of the light novel series Choujin Koukousei-tachi wa Isekai demo Yoyuu de Ikinuku you desu!. The anime is slated for this year.

Synopsis
Seven high school students caught in an airplane accident wake up in a different, middle-age, fantasy-like world where magic and beast-men (juujin) exist. Instead of panicking at the current situation, however, the students stay calm. The students then build a nuclear plant in a world without electricity, control the economy of a large city in a short work's trip, and finally for their benefactors' sake who are suffering from the misgovernment, they declare war on the evil nobles. None of them are normal high school students. Each of them are super-human high school students that stand at the top of politics, economics, science, and medicine! This is a story of a dream team that possess earth's greatest wisdom and technology, that without any self-restraining bring a revolution to a different world with over-technology.

another isekai xD
it does look nice but even the light novel doesnt seem to be particularly well received
it just seems ridiculous because all of the characters seem to be "OP" in their field of expertise xD

im not gonna expect much out of it

I have been reading the manga for this series and it is pretty nice to see how prodigies handle an isekai. Looking forward to when this comes out.

The synopsis seemed moderately interesting and somewhat cool and the PV I was excited to see several female characters believed that they would be the protagonists, but then the generic MC appears and everything collapses automatically

UH OH

ALERT! ALERT! Keyword: "Isekai" DETECTED

Time to make my "ugh fuck not another isekai why won't they adapt my favorite battle shonen instead?!" post as I have been conditioned to do like a proper 2019 anime watcher.

Another isekai, yay! The synopsis seems interesting but not gonna lie, what definitely caught my attention the most is the elf (tho the other girls look good too). It may turn out to be shit, but for now let's see how it goes.

I'm sorry, but no one is crying here. I'm a fan of this kind of stories because I've read good examples of this type and I know what the best potential the genre can show, so I'm sorry they're still wasting time with this type of novels that only repeats topics and tropes that are not even of the genre and everyone only devotes to generalize and stigmatize the genre, so do not look for conflict with people who are supposed to be on your side.

Only read a little bit of it back when I was going through one of my regular isekai hunt. Can't say I ever cared enough to go back to read it. Hopefully the animated version can peak my interest again. The visuals in the PV at least look good.

The animation seems ok. But the synopsis however, still leaves me thinking..

You can read the manga adaptation.

It was obvious Rina Hidaka would voice the engineer girl. I figured it would be either her or Yui Ogura.

I was about to complain about how it's possible for a group of students to do all those things lol "super-human high school students" yeah that makes sense.
Mmm sounds good I guess, I might watch it.

Hmm project no.9? Well let's expect lots of fanservice

Anyway another isekai now what? The art looks good. But I'm skipping this. The synopsis doesn't look interesting.

Edit: I think I read a chapter of this and um yeah Ill skip this, the first chapter was pretty boring.

people love to complain about shows that don't cater to their taste.

Haters everywhere as usual. If you don't like this you could go to watch westernized Netflix "anime" or generic battle shounen instead of whining. Nobody is going to miss you.

Okay so, synopsis aside:

The production looks okay and it works.

And hey the series is written by the Rakudai author which, well. Rakudai is one of my all-time favorite shows. So who knows, maybe this will turn out well depending on how the adaptation is handled.

Also for the script writer looking at at it... they're not that bad, kinda skeptical of a choice for me if you ask me... and as for the director... well. At least he's no longer sticking with the loli-based stuff? I enjoyed what he directed for the most part (except for maybe Tenshi no 3P... that one was weird). So who knows maybe this will turn out fine.

Edit: I confused this with a different series composer so I apologize rip, procrastination is something.

Project no. 9 is..a..studio.
I mean it has made it's mark. And they have good animation quality. And rakudai was pretty good.

Let's see how this one goes but a non CGI dragon is definitely a +1

Out of any series they can have an adaptation for they decide to choose this piece of S*** if anybody decides to watch the series go ahead but in my personal opinion as someone who actually read this this is one of the worst isekai I have ever read both as a light novel and manga.

This manga has been on my plan to read list [considering I buy all manga I want to read if they are being sold], and I have to say that I'm really excited to see this animated. Graphics look really nice, plus I always have a weakness for cute elf girls.

Wow! Was NOT expecting that! I'll definitely watch, as I have the manga versions in english at home (the two first volumes of the series, that is [in fact, I just read the second volume last thursday, haha]), so I'm looking quite forward to this!! XD Kind of a bummer that project no.9 is animating it (those of you who watch pastel memories this season might understand...) but we'll just have to wait and see, I guess..

This sure looks fun. Reading title and first line I expected totally generic isekai, which, by all means, I don't mind, but the thing about nuclear plant caught me off guard. PTW for sure.

Oh man, even the director is pretty bad for this show. They directed some really forgettable anime in the past.

I think I read the manga version of this before.

Yeah, I’m not super happy that isekai is getting really oversaturated at this point and I dont want to see the same generic fantasy world all the time, but I have to admit the premise for this one sounds kinda fun. Definitely more interesting than a neet trying to become the next dungeon master. I hope this one turns out to be a decent show.

Been reading the manga adaptation of this for a while now (read 12 chapters so far), and it's pretty enjoyable. Hyped for the anime.

At first, I wanted to make a joke about “when the whole Japan will be in isekai?”, but then I remembered GATES.

Lol, in my country, people criticize almost any new adaptation, simply because hating popular shows is considered "cool" and "good taste".

Yea, I get that whole group mentality thing, but in my mind it makes zero sense to complain about something without at least giving an episode or two a try first.

Some people specifically watch the entire franchise in order to have an “excuse” to hate it. For example, I recently met a man who watched the entire BNHA just to justify his demonstrative hatred. And he himself told me that he hates the show since the first season.
