Questions about the Dragon Ball shows

Should I watch dub or sub for each show? Since i what to start from the original Dragon Ball. I'm thinking dub since they are action shows it would let me focus more on that unless there is a good reason to pick sub instead.

What order should I watch the shows in?

Thanks for your help I've never seen much Dragon Ball stuff before.

Watch a little bit of kid Goku in Japanese, then remember he still sounds that way for the rest of the series. If that's alright with you, then you can probably watch the sub.
