- Anime movies are fine too
- I don't want anything with bulky/muscular guys fighting (I prefer physically weaker characters)
- No fan-service

No, not at all, it was School Days that didn't turn gory.

I'll check out saikano thanks.
Already watched Shelter, the story it tries to tell was good but the song was crap and didn't even suit the video.

Okay, I can definitely vouch for Grave of the Fireflies. It's one of Studio Ghibli's earlier works and is very tragic. As just stated, it's a Studio Ghibli film. Get those tear ducts ready.

I would highly recommend you Kuzu no Honkai, even though there are some sex scenes (not completely explicit) and erotic depiction, but I wouldn't call it fanservice, the anime is a solid dramatic experience and well... People have sex, it's simple. Either way, the anime is completely adapted, so this is a plus, and there are only 12 episodes;

Already watched all of them, dropped Hero Academia.
It was truly tragic to see Ryuuji fall in love with the girl who kept on hitting and kicking him.

I've been avoiding it because I heard it has sex scenes, I'm not a fan of romance getting physical.

It seems that you have watched so many tragic/sad anime, so it 's hard to recommend something you haven't watched.
Well, I recommend Plastic memories and the rose of versailles. I don't ensure that you will be sad if you watch them. But if you want you can check them.

Whats the plot of White album 2? I have seen your lie in april and anohana and i concluded both have good animation and lovely characters. The things they have in common is the extremely paused narration and enphatising the thoughs of the characters.

Mushishi (+sequels) and Made in Abyss.

I don't know if I'd call them tearjerkers, but they definitely have sad episodes. As far as Mushishi goes, maybe watch Ep. 4 and see if that's tragic enough for you (the watch order of episodes doesn't matter too much, since it's episodic).
As for Made in Abyss, it takes a while, before it gets sad.

Oniisama e

Rose of Versailles in your PTW but of course the historical outcome is well known which robs the impact at the end (no surprise factor).

@Maou_heika have yer seen Code Geass? Ending is tragic as hell but super conclusive. So many anime out there use tragic endings just to appease people who like tragic endings rather than providing a satisfying closure to the story; Code Geass does both insanely well.

Do note that it's sequel has been released in Japan (it's a movie), so we expect a pirated version to come about around May when it is released in NA.

If not Code Geass try Wasurenagumo. Pretty disturbing ending.

Grisaia is a good tragic though. If you can bare with that stuff until the forest arc, then I think it'll be a good watch

I'm glad that Oniisama e met some of your expectations.

Scratching around for more -- you could give these two a look:

Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu: Arata Naru Tatakai no Overture

It's a more dramatic presentation of the first two episodes of the TV series.

And the second recommendation is this 5 min. short:

Kanamewo

Isolated episodes from a few other series come to mind but overall I can't say the overall story from them can be considered tragic. That includes later on in the Legend of the Galactic Heroes series that the Overture movie is only the start of. A few episodes from Mushishi are sad. Episode 7 of So Ra No Wo To blindsides you. Of course there are other titles, too.

- - -

Off-topic, considering your scores for the Hibike! Euphonium series you should give the Liz to Aoi Tori side story a watch. Not tragic but there is a touching parting scene.
