From the match alone, he puts a lot of pressure into his attack despite his opponent's size. Pretty amazing to see how much he can lift even against someone who is much bigger than him. |

| It feels like I forgot what happened last episode cause the match came out of nowhere. I know they started the Inter High at the end of last episode but we went straight to action in this one I got confused for a moment. Anyway, the match was awesome and super intense. Hinomaru tried his best but unfortunately at the very end he couldn't come out on top. :( The final scene with the captain saying the dream isn't dead yet was awesome. :P Reina was adorable this episode. <3 |

| Still can't believe Ushio lost to Tennouji, but I guess it couldn't be helped since the guy does research on his opponents. The series felt real somehow, since this depicts a sense of growth in his character and that he should approach his upcoming challenges in a different route next time. Tennouji was strong, a yokozuna, loves sumo, was small framed, does research on his opponents and also respects other opponents. It was likely he should win otherwise if he didn't then the series would've been a fluke. But I guess Ushio will redeem himself in the team participation. |

| I didn't really like how that went down. Left a bad taste in my mouth but I guess that was it's purpose, to make me want to see the dream become reality even more. Also is it just me or was the animation slightly better? |

| Sucks he was set up to lose right away. Maybe the rest of team can actually get some solid matches in this time. Also new op/ed is so anti-hype. |

| Yeah.. really been enjoying this until now. Just really awful narrative choice to skip to the final boss. It's also just built up Tennoji too much, this is reminding me of when Kuroko became awful. There's really no good reason for Tennoji to lose - and his love for sumo does clearly trump oni |

| Had to watch the first opening again because the new one didn't heat me up. Never expected to see Ushio vs Tennouji right in the bat and see Ushio lose! Still pretty epic battle. Would be pretty cool watch in the individual tournament the match between Tennouji and Kusanaji. |
| new OP was alright but new ED compared to the old ED is a but lackluster... Tennouji was OP, Hinomaru still lose! 4/5. |

| For a moment, I thought I skipped an episode since the last one was the introduction to the tournament but in this one, we went straight to Ushio's match with a simple reminder that he had a few other matches before... honestly, I think they could have done a better job with the story progression but well. Anyways, it was another intense episode. Hinomaru sure gave everything he could but sadly, it wasn't enough. However, it was still predictable at some point since Tennouji is the current champion and this episode just portrayed how much of a formidable opponent he can be. And now, it all will depend on the team's efforts to accomplish Ushio's dream. Those matches sure are going to be amazing to watch. |

| I loved the original OP theme, and I'm not really a fan of the new OP, aside from getting a chuckle out of the "be naked" part. The new ED isn't bad though. It was hard to see Hinomaru lose to Tennouji, although the match was close, with Tennouji acknowledging Hinomaru's strength, as he was once as small as him. Hinomaru isn't going to let this loss stop him though. Like with all losses, you learn from them. |

| Didn't expect Ushio to fight Tennoji so quickly in the individual fights, almost believed he had no way of becoming pro Luckily he still has a chance to beat Tennoji in the team matches, together with nakama powah they can do it!!! Lmao that after credit scene of Tennoji stalking Yuma |
