| I swear to god most characters have the same or very similar hair and I end up getting everyone confused so I'm always confused and have to reread one page just to figure out who is who. If characters at least had differently colored hair I might enjoy this a lot more. |
| Hmm... I don't think so. In general even if the faces may look similar there is always some sort of identifier like hairstyle or accessory to tell the characters apart. Idk maybe Kuno might look similar to some one-off villain? One of the later villains *does* look like Inuyasha but since he's from different series, so there is no danger of confusion. |
| Differenly coloured hairs in a B&W manga? Not at all, each character has very identifiable key features like it has been written above. Faces can be a bit too close or even identical if you look at other ma ga from Takahashi but even then, those elements make them distinguished enough. To take Kuni's example, he and his sisters even have a shared common physical detail to point out thy're related (the hairs) |
