i go to sleep sometime between 9 am and 1 pm, and have an alarm set for 7:30 pm. although, after waking up, i usually stay in bed for somewhere between ten minutes and five hours. if it's five hours it's usually because im falling in and out of sleep constantly for that time

Yeah, I was wondering about that too!
WiKi says: A NEET or neet is a person who is "Not in Education, Employment, or Training". Don't know if this is correct or not.

I can only sleep roughly 4 hours. I find it hard to sleep cuz my thoughts are constantly sprawling and I keep remembering shit I don't want to remember and feeling anxious. The usual stuff I guess.

I can't give you an actual time because it's really random. Often times it's when I least expect it so I'm on uppers more than I want to.

I get home from work after midnight, and am usually in bed by 1:00am (sometimes 2:00am) if I find myself getting lost in manga or gaming. But never later than 2:00am because I enjoy getting up earlier in the mornings.

I sleep around 12am after my girlfriend attempts to keep me awake longer. As for her I think she sleeps around 3am or something but I have no clue because I sleep like a baby.

I believe people have trouble sleeping because they overthink. Sleeping is more about relaxing and letting the story be thought up by itself, thinking about what such and such said to you at lunch time will not help you sleep.

I love getting up early as well, being a teenager with half my day gone really did suck. Best thing I ever did was get back into an early sleeping pattern.

Around 1:30am on weekends/holidays
12am on weekdays
But my goal for this year is to slowly move to a 10pm-5am sleep schedule so I can wake up fresh and have some free time before getting ready for school, instead of staying up late watching anime and waking up mentally dead in the morning. No wonder my grades were kinda shit this year lol

I'm also going through similar stuff like that... at times, my mom died in my arms a few years ago, so I always get these unease feelings too... before I go to sleep. Horrifying memories are hard to forget, but they'll compress a little over the years.

A lot of people I know have died cuz of gun violence, specifically from gangs, and drug addiction, specifically from heroin. I always wrestle with the reality that I was partly responsible for it all considering I was knee deep in the life also.

It gets better(I'm not as short tempered and violent as before, even better than 2 years ago) but it will never go away nor should it. It's what has made me and everything that happens forward is something I have to brave through.

Sorry for jumping on you like this but I felt I had to share this.

Done and stayed away from. It's been 4 years since I got out of prison. They were baby charges compared to the stuff I've done over the years but it was enough.

Was a drug addict and dealer, mainly crack, and got into a lot of fights on the streets and in prison. Withdrawal was fucking painful.

Spent 2 years in mid security. Spent 4 months in solitary for fights. I couldn't keep a lid on myself and some guys in there were fucking aggressive. This was earlier on and withdrawal was at its worst.

Otherwise, it was boring as hell but I got along with a couple of guys in my block. But they're right when they say the only days that matter are your first day in and first day out.

Well, you know at least your mom loved you before she died. A lot of people who put their trust in me met an early grave and probably fucking despised me and I put people I care about in a lot of pain. The after effects of everything are still there.

Life is fucking hard, but you've got shit to live for. Shit to be grateful for. I might never recover completely but that doesn't mean I'm done and over with. It can't be you know.

I don't really know why I'm saying all this but I just want y'all to know that you shouldn't let experiences define you but instead define all your experiences. Some "profound" shit like that.

Yeah it has really been helpful. It gives me more downtime to get into the things I enjoy before going to work in the evening. Whereas when I use to wake up around noon, it just felt like my entire day was shot.

Oof. It all depends on when I'm working next. I'll wake up ~3-6 hours before work, and go to bed ~4-5 hours before that. Some days I work at 3am, some days 3pm. I've just been promoted so I'll likely have a set schedule soon. Hopefully~

I don't have work until Sunday, so most likely I'll stay up till 7am and wake up around noonish.
