| Of course they weren't going to show much nudity in a theatrical release. Aniplex will probably show a glimpse of titty for the blu-ray, like they did for the SAO and Mahouka movie. |

Mainstream flew over my head. Well, at the very least, KnK3 shows Ufotable could've gone in that direction if they wanted to. But yeah, you've got a good point. There's a gigantic market for Fate products, especially in Japan (thanks to literally every Fate product that has come out since the original VN lol). Between all the spinoffs and games and anime adaptations of those - oh did someone say F/GO??? - it'd be pretty dumb to bar off a portion of that greater, very interested audience. Decision makes complete sense no matter how you look at it. The fact that Ufotable was as explicit as they were, instead of going with RN/bloodsucking, is something to be thankful for if anything~ |
